What is the Difference Between a Relationship Coach and a Life Coach?
A Relationship Coach is focused more on building healthier habits around personal boundaries and helps you learn how to construct more beneficial relationships in your personal and professional life.
A Life Coach focuses more on helping you reach overall success in areas of life that each coach is focused on.
In my work, I come from over a decade and a half of experience as a Sex Educator. I have worked with women, men, and couples who've worked through being in a tired and sexless marriage to building a thriving, loving, deeply satisfying, and sensual relationship with themselves and each other.
My Work here in this space is to help you discover why you are stuck in life, love, and spiritual practice. All of these are tangled together; with personal coaching, we can uncover the roots and explore what it means to find healing for you.
What it's Like to Work With Me
If you have listened to my podcast or watched any of my content on social media, you will know I am a direct person who tells you exactly what you need to hear when you need to hear it. We will meet weekly for the first 12 weeks over zoom. This is where we start untangling the Soma and Luna parts of your journey.
The Soma represents connecting you to your body and listening to those body aches and pains.
That "full" feeling in the solar plexus and where you feel stuck in your body.
The Luna represents the internal conversations you have with yourself.

The last stage of our journey is Sovereignty.
We spend the last nine months of our time in personal coaching together, integrating all that we have learned and building healthier habits around mindset, energy, boundaries, and sex.
